Our founders, Charbel Dahdah and Ron Evans, are seasoned and active in COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT. With combined experience of nearly forty years, our knowledge of land, office, industrial, retail and investment transactions services that can be bundled in client’s unique circumstances as a they pursue real estate opportunities, growth, dispositions, investments, and more.
CADRE also brings a COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT perspective to our projects and the relationship with our clients. Charbel Dahdah, Owner and Founder of CADRE Construction, heads the Construction Division. His construction experience includes a wide variety of specialized and complicated projects across all industries of Commercial Construction, including large hospitals, office parks, corporate interiors, specialized healthcare and animal hospitals, hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, large public schools and heavy highway infrastructure. Charbel’s commercial real estate ownership and commercial development experience gives him the unique perspective of being a Landlord and an Owner. Charbel obtained his Construction Science and Business degrees from Texas A&M University and is pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is involved in many professional organizations such as Commercial Broker’s Association, RECA, CCIM.
Ron Evans began his commercial real estate career in 1990. A passionate “deal maker”, Ron has a wide range of expertise, including development, construction, brokerage, management, land acquisition, investment sales, and real estate ownership. Notable national clients include Hitachi, Federal Express, Farmers Insurance, AT&T, Nokia, and Verizon. As an Owner and Founder of CADRE Construction, Ron now specializes in commercial development, construction, and real estate. Ron holds his CCIM designation and Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. Ron received a business degree from the University of Texas, Austin in 1988. He is actively involved in local and national real estate organizations such as CTCAR, CCIM, and CBA.
Byron is the Senior Estimator at CADRE Construction. He joined the team in 2021 as head of the estimating department. He has 12 years of experience in construction engineering, project managing, and estimating. Along with his degree in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University, Byron relies on his work experience to produce comprehensive and accurate estimates. Proficiencies in schematic budgeting, competitive bidding, and value engineering, Byron has applied his estimating to a wide range of commercial markets.
Cameron Townsend is our Senior Project Manager and Business Development in our Construction Division. He has experience owning his own firm and 8 years in commercial construction, estimating, and project management. He specializes in medical ground up/interiors but also has experience with retail, professional offices, and hospitality sectors. Along with his degree in Construction Science & Management from Texas A&M University Cameron uses his work ethic, attention to detail, and transparent communication to ensure high quality projects are delivered to every client.
Michael Faulk is the Senior Superintendent at CADRE Construction. He is a Registered Architect in Texas (#8240) and Registered Interior Designer in Texas (#3795). Michael owned and operated an architectural and construction management firm for 35 years prior to joining CADRE, designing and constructing over one billion worth of Office, Hotel, Commercial, Restaurant, Educational, Entertainment, and public facilities. Michael stays current with local, state and federal codes to facilitate and accommodate client budgets and timelines while coordinating inspection requirements.
Joe Golden has over 25 years’ experience in Human and Animal Health Sales and Management. Joe was involved in the launch of new surgical technologies from multiple venture backed companies based in the Bay Area. His Titles ranged from Territory Manager to Western Region Manager to National Market Development Manager. Joe also has experience working for larger Fortune 500 Companies and privately held entities. Joe has held a Texas Real Estate license since 2019 but has been involved in Real Estate and Title Company transactions for over 40 years. Joe is involved with local and National Real Estate organizations
